Responsibilities:

• Invoice Coding Review


• Journal Entries


• Accruals and Prepaids


• Account Analysis


• General Ledger


• Assistant Month end closings


• Bank Account Reconciliations


• Fixed Assets Experience a plus


• Run Month- End Reports - Balance Sheet & Income Statement

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Accounting is a plus but not required or AA degree in Accounting with solid accounting experience or equivalent experience


• Approximately three to five years of experience


• Great Plains software experience is a strong plus but not required


• Excel Proficient - VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables a plus not must


• Manufacturing company accounting experience is a plus but not required


• Good communications skills
