• Provide accounting support for the Disney Vacation Club Condominium Associations from a financial reporting aspect. Ideal candidates will possess experience in financial statement preparation and presentation (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow) with a background in conforming with GAAP.


• Prepares journal entries, account reconciliations and analyzes financial results


• Supports workstreams on behalf of all the Associations that could include property taxes, insurance, bank transfers and regulatory compliance


• Prepares financial statements and develops variance explanations for presentation to executive leaders


• Recommends and implements process improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent


• Proficient in all aspects of accounting principles and financial reporting


• Ensure compliance with financial regulations


• Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail


• Strong advanced Excel modeling skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data and ensure accuracy


• Strong analytical and accounting skills Proven ability to perform ad hoc analysis in a fast-paced dynamic environment and ability to work with a sense of urgency and curiosity


• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills


• Excellent team player with solid interpersonal skills
