Senior Business Analyst
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud).
- Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
- Work closely with development team to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Provide demos, end-user training and support as needed.
- Conduct ongoing analysis and make recommendations to improve the Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud).
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM (Sales & Service Cloud) features and functionality from a consulting or BA perspective
- Prior software development experience is preferred.
- Ability to 'read' code and understand the logic behind it.
Basic Qualifications:
- Technical Business Analyst.
- Experience delivering projects working with teams using Agile/SCRUM/Iterative delivery methodologies is a must.
- Information Technology or Engineering Degree- must have.
- An engineering degree (electrical, mechanical, chemical) could work if experience has been programming in a modern language.
- Complex system integrations and highly customized (coded) Salesforce environment.
- Experience with implementation and deployment that includes coordination of activities from more than one team
- Sales & Marketing mindset and experience with opportunity tracking and sales pipeline management
- 5 years of experience in a technical business analyst role with hands-on experience in Salesforce.com CRM (Sales & Service Cloud) products.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Lightning.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
