Responsibilities: 

• Invoice Coding Review


• Journal Entries


• Accruals and Prepaids


• Account Analysis


• General Ledger


• Month end closings


• Bank Account Reconciliations


• Fixed Asset Accounting


• Inventory/Cost Accounting


• Financial Statements – Balance Sheet & Income Statement


• Note: 21 entitles  - Position will not be working with all entitles 

Qualifications: 

• BS degree in Accounting is a plus but not required or


• AA degree in Accounting with solid accounting experience


• Approximately six to eight years of experience


• Great Plains software experience is a strong plus but not required


• Excel Proficient - VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables a plus not  must 


• Manufacturing company accounting experience is a plus but not required


• Good communications skills
