-Responsible for accounting and bookkeeping duties including some sales and payroll taxes reporting for small to mid-sized businesses.
-Manage general ledger journal entries and monthly close/financial statements.
-Review bookkeeping and accounting completed by staff.
-Prepare individual and business income tax returns.
-Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with accounting/CPA firms.
-QuickBooks Online experience is required.
-Background in general accounting, journal entries, month end close and financial preparation and review.
-Lacerte tax software and income tax return preparation experience is a plus
- B.S. in Accounting/Business Administration or completed some accounting courses is required.
- Prepares clear and complete work papers.
- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- Able to meet multiple deadlines
