ERP Operations Specialist
- Effectively assist in configuring Sage 100 production management tool and systems to automate and streamline workflows and processes.
- Work with management to design and implement new processes or suggest modifications to existing ones, to promote efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensures assimilation between company's production process and Sage 100’s other applicable modules and add-ons including Inventory Management, Starship, and Inventory Advisor (if applicable).
- Create and maintain accurate part numbers and BOMs in Sage.
- Investigate and suggest solutions for inventory discrepancies. • Create and maintain relevant reports and KPIs that detail the effectiveness of company's operations.
- Document, review, and suggest revisions of internal operational procedures where needed.
- Responsible for project coordination of all Sage 100 projects related to Operations and Inventory control integrations.
- Provides support to Sage 100 users by answering questions and providing training.
- Lead contact person for all third party vendors and consultants that support Sage 100 and its add-on components.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Able to analyze data to find inefficiencies.
- Able to create and distribute effective reports using Sage 100 reporting and MS Excel worksheets as needed.
- Able to think “Outside of the Box” to create solutions for unique problems.
- Must learn our business quality controls and operating procedures to better aid in the improvement of our unique operations model.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all departments.
- Must have expert level competency in MS Excel.
- Ideally, have skills that enable the creation of reports with Crystal Reporting.
Education and Experience:
- 4-year Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, information technology or related business field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Sage ERP work experience or an equivalent combination of computer/ERP relevant education and work experience required
