Job Description :
Successful Family office in Orange County is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager or Controller. This company conducts global business in the USA, Japan, Korea, and Vietnam. The company also has over 100 entities. The role will report to the CFO. The owner is a Utility player and Entrepreneur who rapidly accelerated his wealth. Our client is open to relocating the right candidate.
- 100% in office NOT Remote and NOT hybrid.
- Currently using QuickBooks but open to suggestions on new ERP system but the ideal candidate will be fully in charge of the accounting process and procedures.
- Excel is key as the owner only looks at things put into Excel.
- Culture for role- hard worker who is willing to wear many hats and change hats as quickly as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle accounting process, front and back office.
- GAAP accounting, financial statements, journal entries, general ledger,
- Candidate will need to interact with the Oversea offices and make sure financials are GAAP compliant.
- Ensure accurate conversion of financials for Deloitte.
Required Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Accounting or Finance and Masters
- 5-10 years of experience
- Ability to perform the above-mentioned responsibilities
- Deloitte does their Taxes but would like someone who has tax knowledge.
- The ideal candidate will be looking for a long-term home.
Additional Information:
- Salary- $140-180K+ DOE, plus bonus and perks.
