Job Description :

Our client is a property management company.  They are an owner-manager of commercial/industrial real estate in the Northern Los Angeles and Ventura County areas. They are currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager to work out of their Calabasas Hills office. This is located within easy driving distance of the portfolio which consists of multi-tenant industrial and low-rise, class “A” suburban office buildings.

We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager with 2-5 years of experience in all aspects of commercial property management. You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.


· Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions

· Attract and educate new tenants

· Investigate and resolve tenant complaints

· Update and improve properties to increase return on investment

· Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion

· Supervise and train property staff

· Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Required Qualifications :


· Previous experience in property management or other related fields

· Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases

· Ability to build rapport with tenants

· Familiar with Yardi and MS Excel

· Ability to multitask and prioritize

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
