Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk

Location : Camarillo, CA (on-site)
Job Type : Temp/Hire
Compensation : 25.00 USD/HOUR
Hours : Full Time

Job Description :
A thriving construction company in Camarillo is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk to join their firm. It is a temp-to-hire position with an opportunity to work with a small dynamic team. 

 


Responsibilities:


 


·         Light accounting work, mainly data entry, mostly administrative tasks.


·         Dealing with people that come in (ex. Deliveries, etc.)


·         Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)


·         Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures


·         Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data


·         Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary



 

 
Required Qualifications :


  • Quickbooks (Preferred)

  • Proficient with Excel (Must)

  • Typing Skills 50+ WPM

  • Able to work on-site

  • Administrative Skills (data entry, filing, phone)

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Experience with vendor management (preferred)

  • Experience with COIs (preferred)

  • Experience in the construction industry (Must)
