Our clothing manufacture client in South Bay is looking for a strong degreed Accounting Manager to handle day-to-day accounting operations and oversee experienced accounts payable staff.  The key to this position is a candidate with solid GAAP knowledge, strong cash management and AR skills (Factoring experience a plus), and the ability to process payroll using ADP.   

Responsibilities:

• Supervising 1 AP specialist


• Conducting ADP payroll for 39 employees


• Administrative duties


• Invoicing


• Analyze & Review AR, aging, and bank reconciliation


• Journal entries, analyze accounts, and GL reconciliation


• Month-end, year-end closing


• Project as needed


• Reports to Controller
