Job Description :
Under the general supervision of the CFO, the Accounting Manager will assist with all accounting functions for the residential and commercial properties.
Oversee the accounts payable, accounts receivables, vendor-set-up, lease maintenance, rent statements and other tasks as directed.
Looking for someone who has successfully moved upwards in their career in the real estate/property accounting field. Ideally has supervisory experience. We need someone who is a self-starter, self-motivated, collaborative, and professional team player.
