Our client is hiring a Senior Product Manager to help scale our business on multiple fronts. You will be involved with all aspects of the Openpath product experience including Software, Hardware, and Mobile. You will have ownership of the full product lifecycle and be a key factor in scaling our business to the next level. You must be equally comfortable planning a long term product vision and rolling up your sleeves to bring this vision to life.


You will be responsible for all of the customer touchpoints to ensure a world-class customer experience from all stakeholders including our reseller partners, professional installers, end-users, and integration partners. This will be a high visibility role within the company and you should expect to hit the ground running.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop product requirements and roadmap that drives the company's vision while ensuring the customer's needs and pain-points are a priority
  • Organize development efforts by incorporating feedback from Engineering, Sales, Support, and end-users
  • Lead the go-to-market efforts to ensure that all functions in the company are trained and ready for new products and features
  • Write specification documents to communicate the features to all stakeholders
  • Work with 3rd parties to integrate Openpath with their system
  • This role will work with both software and hardware teams and be broad in nature

Requirements:

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager
  • Extensive experience with gathering customer feedback and incorporating those into the development process
  • Experience with the Smart Home ecosystem
  • Background in software development and the Agile framework
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Experience with data analytics, machine learning or computer vision a plus
