Responsibilities:* Set up television and theatrical products for residual payments in an on-line residual system.* Resource for the setup of residual beneficiaries in People Soft HCM and the Residual System.* Review and approve the input of streaming airdates for ADS residual payments.* Verify foreign cast unit calculation reports. Calculate SAG prorations and submit for review and approval.* Review and approve check cancellations and check reissues.* Create and send Guild electronic interface files.* Calculate and prepare quarterly Canadian and MEAA Residual Payments.* Assist in researching Guild audit claims.* Respond to requests for residual backup for Participation Audits. * Respond to Legal regarding subpoenas requesting residual payment information.* Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned.* Research daily/weekly payroll exceptions, request corrections and run payroll processes.* Balance payroll using People Soft reports and Excel.* Run payments reports from People Soft Financials and request show files from Talent Payroll.* Serve as backup for processing quarterly residual feature batch calculations.* Process the quarterly feature receipt import process.* Maintain computer records on files sent to an off-site storage location* Set up and maintain residual product files and employee files; monitor and file production information received from outside departments. Operate specialized computer program to create labels for employee files.* Submit invoices to A/P via an on-line computer system (Acenza).* Research and set up beneficiaries in the payroll system for deceased actors.* Handle both written and telephone inquiries and requests.* Other duties and special projects as assigned.* Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.* Must be a quick thinker with a sharp learning curve.* Must be well organized, detail oriented and a team player.* Must have 10 key by touch and type 40 wpm* Must be proficient in Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills* PeopleSoft HRMS/Financial systems experience preferred* 2-3 years of office experience in an accounting environment required.* Previous residual, royalties, accounts payable, payroll, and accounting experience a plus.
