QuickBooks online expertise is required, as the company is mobile and ever growing into different markets. 2 years office management experience is also required. Experience in furnishings, retail, and interior design a major bonus. Tax filing, taxation knowledge and proven tax expertise is necessary- monthly, quarterly, annually. The ideal candidate will be highly detailed with the ability to manage the bookkeeping for several different areas of the business.  Reconciliation and general ledger coding experience with the ability to identify inconsistencies and make improvements is necessary. Work with the outside CPA to close the month and the year.

  • Responsibilities:
  • 5+ years of QuickBooks
  • 2+ years of Office Management

  • Bank and Account Reconciliations
